Light At The End Of A Long Tunnel Melanoma Journey – 2018

Today I Had some great news, I had a phone call from my consultant at the Oxford Churchill hospital and it was something I’d been waiting to hear for a very long time, The CT scan results had come back all clear….. there is no sign of any Melanoma cancer.

I can not tell you how amazing it was hearing them words, it has been a long battle I’ve been to hell and back, My life has been a turned upside down but I did not let it beat me.

I’d like to thank everyone that has supported me and all the doctors and nurses who have done a truly amazing job throughout the last 3 years.

I still have to stay on my treatment for now but it’s worth it as it has saved my life.

I’ve been given the all clear, I’m cancer free.

My journey isn’t over just yet but it has got a lot better.
